Nu-Lax Fruit Laxative with Senna 500g

Nu-Lax is a fruit-based laxative block that combines senna leaf with dried figs and dates to assist in the treatment of constipation. Taken before bed, it works overnight. 

Senna is a traditional herbal stimulant laxative. The figs and dates add dietary fibre, which can help when your diet doesn't have enough. Apricots, peaches, pears and flaxmeal are also included for a more pleasant taste. Nu-Lax is made in Australia.

Directions for use
Adults: 10g once daily before bed. Children over 12 years: 5g daily before bed. Not recommended for children under 12.

Active ingredients (per 10g)
Senna alexandrina extract equivalent to dry leaf 1g (standardised to hydroxyanthracene glycosides, calculated as sennoside B 20mg); Ficus carica (fig) dry 2.16g; Phoenix dactylifera (date) dry 2.16g. Contains sucrose and glucose.

Warnings
When taking laxatives, drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Do not take laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. If you are pregnant or breast feeding seek medical advice before taking laxatives.
