Each capsule contains 10 Billion live probiotics:Lactobacillus paracasei (LP-33) 10 Billion CFU
ADULTS & CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS:Take 1 capsule daily. CHILDREN 2 TO 12 YEARS:To reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis: Empty & mix contents of 1 capsule daily into water, juice or milk (warm or cold). Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
