Gout Complex contains a blend of herbs and nutrients, including Ayuric®, Terminalia bellirica and celery seed. Celery seed is traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of occasional episodes of gout and relieve symptoms of mild arthritis. It also aids in the flushing of the urinary tract and temporarily relieve mild fluid retention.

equiv. dry fruit pericarp 412.5 mg
Apium graveolens (celery) extract dry conc. 62.5 mg
equiv. dry seed 375 mg
Nutrients:
Potassium citrate 69.1 mg
equiv. to potassium 25 mg
Magnesium citrate nonahydrate 105.1 mg
equiv. to magnesium 12.5 mg
Calcium folinate 108 micrograms
equiv. to folinic acid 100 micrograms
Hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12)50 micrograms
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 19.6 mg
equiv. to pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 12.5 mg
Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 22.5 micrograms
Dosage
Adults: Take 2 tablets two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6).
