POLYQUADTM (polyquaternium- Contains: Propylene Glycol 0.6% w/v, Dimyristoyl Phosphatidylglycerol 0.005%.

Instructions

May be used as needed throughout the day. May be used to treat dry eye associated with contact lens usage by instilling drops prior to inserting contact lenses and after the removal of contact lenses. Shake well before using. Tap on base of bottle to instill drops on the eye and blink.
