Is it true were Covid-19 vaccines developed too quickly to be safe?

Is it true? Does the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine cause blood clots?
There has been a link established between the AstraZeneca vaccine and a very rare but serious side effect called thrombosis in combination with thrombocytopenia. It is recommended that people wait at least 7 days between a dose of seasonal flu vaccine and a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The 7-day time frame is a precautionary measure to manage the common side effects that come with many vaccinations.
