Each film coated tablet contains:

• Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 25 mg
• Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 375 micrograms/RE
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 30 mg
• Magnesium (from magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 35 mg
• Manganese (from manganese sulfate monohydrate) 2 mg

WARNING

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
