Neostrata Restore Ultra Moisturizing Face Cream, a gentle, high-strength, antiaging face cream with 10% Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) to lightly exfoliate, moisturize and reduce visible signs of aging. Contains PHA, known to soothe and strengthen the protective moisture barrier for dry or stressed skin. Strengthening PHA emollient.
