Surgipack 1650 Soft Comfort Arm Sling to support arm at wrist and elbow. Supports arm at wrist and elbow, comfortable stockinette covered foam, size adjustable and reusable. For people that has an injury to the hand, wrist or forearm, has partial paralysis or weakness in the muscles of the arm and most commonly caused by a CVA (stroke).

DIRECTION

• Remove the arm sling from the pack and lay it out flat in front of you with the fixed loop at the same end as the elbow of the injured arm.
• Then bend the arm and put it into the fixed loop until the loop reaches the elbow.
• Next pass the tail of the sling behind your back and over the opposite shoulder and down to and around the wrist.
• Adjust the sling making sure that the angle of the arm is roughly parallel with the ground.
• Secure the sling by putting the safety pin provided through the double thickness just above the wrist.
• Make any minor adjustment to the height and angle of the arm to make it as comfortable as possible.

Cleaning Instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water then rinse out well, dry on a flat surface away from direct sunlight.
