Size: Small

Sizing Guide: Measure circumference around the top of your foot and under the arch.

Small 6 1/4 - 8 1/4 inches.

Medium 8 1/4 - 10 1/4 inches.

Large 10 1/4 - 12 1/4 inches.

X-Large 12 1/4 - 14 1/4 inches.

If in doubt on Thermoskin sizing it is generally best to select the larger size.

The Thermoskin Elastic Ankle Wrap is a woven sock wrap support that will fit snugly around your ankle. The Thermoskin Elastic Ankle Wrap comes preconfigured and can be easily pulled  over the foot and ankle. The adjustable strap allows you to apply and adjust additional compression either medially or laterally when needed for most ankle ailments.

Directions

Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch. Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closed for desired compression. Please turn inside out to use on either ankle.
Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
