FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Will back brace help sciatica, lower back pain, herniated disc, posture, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis?

Yes, a well fitted back brace can help relieve pain and aching from almost any lower back dysfunction. Elasticated or adjustable back braces are suitable for mild conditions or as supplementary pain-relief to professional medical treatment. By compressing and supporting the lumbar muscles, they can prevent over-extension and re-injury.

Severe back dysfunctions, especially involving the spine, will need professional medical attention and extra-rigid back support. If unsure, consult with your doctor.
