Shake well before use. For everyday recovery body bath soak: pour a cap full and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits. For sports recovery body bath muscle soak: pour 2 caps full and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits. For foot bath soak: pour half a cap and blend into a warm to hot foot bath. Soak feet for at least 10-15 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits.
