Rossmax NB80 Compact Piston Nebulizer is designed to efficiently deliver the prescribed saline solution to treat your respiratory disorders, such as asthma, allergies, and bronchitis. It can also converts saline solution into an aerosol mist that penetrates through your lungs.

Particle size created by our VAT bottle is around 2.262 μm (MMAD) tested by Cascade Impactor. Compared to most bottles in the market, our proprietary bottle ensures more efficient and effective performance.

Valve Adjustable Technology

Controllable Nebulization Rate At Consistent Particle Size

The proprietary adjustable valve is able to deliver medications of different viscosity level according to every user’s conditions and needs at ease. Our VAT technology allows users to adjust different levels of nebulization rate ranging from 0.10 – 0.30 ml/min at consistent particle size. The nebulization rates can be adjusted by the user in a very easy way without exchanging parts. High nebulization rate/full open is for high viscosity medications and high breathing capacity user while low flow rate with close valve will be more appropriate for kids / infants with lower breathing capacity. Thanks to the reduction of wasted medication, VAT is also recommended for respiratory disorders such as COPD and Asthma as well as intensive use in general. Operating Nebulizer

The nebulizer kit is operable at up to a 45° angle. If the angle is greater than 45°, no aerosol will be generated.

  1. Attach one end of the air tube connector to the air output.
  2. Carefully attach the opposite end of the air tubing connector to the stem at the base of the nebulizer kit.
  3. Attach the angled mouthpiece or mask to the top of the nebulizer kit.
  4. The capacity of the medication cup is 2~5 ml.

Note: A 30-minute interval is recommended after each use.

Operating Nebulizer after every use:

  1. Unplug the unit from the power source.
  2. Allow the unit to completely cool.
  3. Carefully detach the air tubing from the nebulizer and pour out any remaining medication.
  4. Follow the cleaning procedures provided in this guidebook.
