Approx. 3-month shelf life once opened.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eHow to Use\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWash your hands thoroughly.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlace about one teaspoon (approx. 4 mL) of Caya Gel in the cup of the diaphragm.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eInsert the diaphragm before intercourse, by hand or with the Inserter + Remover, so that it covers the cervix. It sits between the back of the vagina and behind the pubic bone.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFor repeat intercourse, top up the gel without removing the diaphragm. Screw the Vaginal Applicator onto the Caya Gel tube and squeeze until the gel reaches the dosage mark. Then unscrew the applicator and insert it to apply the gel.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLeave the diaphragm in place for at least 6 hours after the last intercourse.
